High Purity Gas Filter Element

JINTAI high purity gas filter elements are manufactured from high-purity 316L stainless steel powder or nickel-based alloy powder through high-temperature sintering.

The all-metal porous structure provides filtration ratings down to 3 nm and can be used in compatible bulk-gas, process-gas and vacuum environments. Dimensions can be customized, and an asymmetric sintered structure is available for applications requiring higher flow within a limited component volume.

Features

This product is made of high-purity 316L stainless steel or nickel-based alloy powder, sintered at high temperature, with a maximum filtration rating of 3 nm. Its all-metal structure makes it suitable for applications compatible with metallic materials, such as bulk gases, process gases, and vacuum environments. For high-flow-rate scenarios, an asymmetric sintered powder filter element is also available, offering higher flow capacity at the same volume without compromising filtration accuracy — making it an ideal new choice for advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Key Product Advantages

Filtration Ratings Down to 3 nm

The current product page states a maximum filtration rating of 3 nm. The applicable filtration efficiency, test method, gas, flow rate and differential pressure should be confirmed for the selected element.

316L Stainless Steel or Nickel Alloy Media

Two material groups are currently identified:

  • High-purity 316L stainless steel powder

  • Nickel-based alloy powder

Material selection should be based on gas chemistry, temperature, pressure and required corrosion resistance.

All-Metal Construction

The sintered construction avoids polymeric filter media within the porous element and is intended for applications compatible with metallic materials.

Custom Dimensions

The element geometry can be adjusted according to the available installation space, required filter area and connection design.

High-Flow Asymmetric Option

The asymmetric structure provides an option where a conventional uniform porous element would create excessive pressure drop or insufficient flow within the available volume.
