JINTAI high purity gas filter elements are manufactured from high-purity 316L stainless steel powder or nickel-based alloy powder through high-temperature sintering.
The all-metal porous structure provides filtration ratings down to 3 nm and can be used in compatible bulk-gas, process-gas and vacuum environments. Dimensions can be customized, and an asymmetric sintered structure is available for applications requiring higher flow within a limited component volume.

Material selection should be based on gas chemistry, temperature, pressure and required corrosion resistance.
The sintered construction avoids polymeric filter media within the porous element and is intended for applications compatible with metallic materials.
The element geometry can be adjusted according to the available installation space, required filter area and connection design.
The asymmetric structure provides an option where a conventional uniform porous element would create excessive pressure drop or insufficient flow within the available volume.
